Software for Manufacturing & Distribution
Plants, warehouses and distribution centers generate information all day long — but it rarely reaches decision-makers complete and on time. We build the integrations and modules that connect plant floor, warehouse and ERP, so inventory and traceability reflect what's actually happening in the operation.
Common operational problems
Signals we recognize in IT and operations teams in manufacturing & distribution.
No shared inventory visibility across plant, warehouse and ERP
Every area keeps its own count — in the ERP, in a warehouse spreadsheet, and in the plant floor logbook. Discrepancies only show up during the physical count, when it is too late to correct in time.
Incomplete lot traceability across the supply chain
Tracking a batch from raw material to end customer means cross-referencing records across systems that don't talk to each other, making traceability slow and unreliable during a claim or an audit.
Integration gaps between plant equipment, MES and ERP
Production data stays trapped in the equipment or the local plant system, and getting it into the ERP or a management dashboard depends on exporting files and re-entering them by hand.
Production and quality reports on paper or in spreadsheets
Operators log production, incidents and quality checks on paper forms or spreadsheets that someone else later re-types — losing both time and accuracy in the process.

Frequently asked questions
Common questions from manufacturing & distribution teams before starting a project.
Do we need to replace our ERP to get better traceability?
Not necessarily. Most cases are solved by building integrations and complementary modules on top of your current ERP, connecting it to plant and warehouse via API. Replacing the ERP is a separate, much bigger decision that we only evaluate if it's genuinely needed.
How does the software connect with older plant equipment or systems?
It depends on the equipment: some expose data through standard protocols that integrate directly, while others need a software bridge that reads local files or logs and publishes them via API. That assessment happens before we propose an architecture.
Can the system keep running while the integration is being built?
Yes, that is the default approach. Integrations are built and tested in parallel with current operations, and activated in phases once validated.
What does the first contact look like, and how long does it take?
We respond within 24 hours and send a proposal with scope and estimate in 48–72 hours. If we move forward, work is organized in 2-week sprints so you see concrete progress from the start.
